There’s a challenge that all of us, willing or unwilling, aware or unaware, are called to accept. A challenge whence our future and the future of the people around us depends.

This challenge is called CHANGE!

This word has never been so current. Compared to the past, the world continues to speed up more and more, every decade the velocity of CHANGE continues to increase in tempo.

For this reason, we should get used to accepting CHANGE in the right way, as an opportunity and not as a problem. It’s like an huge wave that is coming from the ocean: some people trying to survive are subjected to it, others get on the surfboard and ride it!

This change takes place in all of your life’s settings; in private and also at work. For the last past 20 years what I’ve observed everyday in the world of work, visiting different companies, is the broad spread of the resistance to the change, that holds back optimal solutions, in favor of traditional solutions already known, to the detriment of real technological leaps, just for the fear of CHANGE.

This choice is imposed by our habits to stay “IN OUR COMFORT ZONE”, described in PNL as the attitude to choose already known solutions and situations to remain in this zone because of the fear of CHANGE.

For this reason, in 2012 I decided to study CHANGE’s theme and, after reading some books and taking part in different seminars, I made the decision to sign up for the best school in Italy, the HDR ACADEMY YEAR 2012-2013 by Roberto Re.

When I finished the Academy in June 2013, fascinated from what I had learned, I started a Coaching Program that I’m still doing. In this project I am the collaborator of Roberto Re in his courses not to teach anything specific but to grow as a person and see from a different point of view the change in the courses’ participants.
